Booking & Cancellation Policy

To honour my time and energy, and to ensure fairness for all clients, the following policy applies to all bookings:

• All sessions and services require a deposit payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If at least 24 hours’ notice is provided your deposit payment will be transferred to a future booking or refunded.
• Late Cancellations or No-Shows – If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and the full service fee may be charge.
• Retreats & Special Events – Retreats and events may have their own cancellation terms. Please check event details when booking.
  Exceptions.

Life happens — if there are genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please reach out directly. I will always approach these with understanding.
